One customer can place an order for several recipients who should never receive each other’s pieces. A packing-group field prevents a correct engraving from becoming a confusing delivery handoff.

Assign a group before the work starts

Give each intended bundle a short internal group code. Keep that code in the order record beside the approved design and piece count, not inside the customer’s engraving artwork. Ask for clarification when the customer supplies names without saying which gifts belong together.

For example, two identical surnames may belong to separate households. Counting both finished pieces is necessary, but it cannot confirm that each is assigned to the right bundle.

Check the bundle against the approved record

Before closing a package, compare its pieces with the group list. Check spelling and quantity using the actual items rather than a stack of printouts. Record a partial group explicitly if an item is being held for a question.

For an AntBelt G1 small-shop workflow, this is an order-organization method, not a claim about production speed. The contextual hero represents personalized products and does not depict a verified customer order.
