These terms govern use of the AntBelt store and purchases made through it. The store is operated by AntBelt Tech, registered in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. The company registration number and full correspondence address will be published after verification. Official customer support is hello@antbelt.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the store.

Products and pre-orders

Launch products may be pre-orders. Images, prototypes, specifications, software, packaging, delivery estimates, and availability can change during final validation or production. If a material change affects an order, we will communicate available options.

Orders, Shopify checkout, and payment security

An order is accepted when payment is authorized and Shopify confirms it. Orders on this website are placed through Shopify Checkout, and payment is processed by Shopify and the payment providers enabled for the store over an encrypted connection. AntBelt Tech does not ask customers to send full card numbers, card security codes, account passwords, or payment credentials by email or direct message.

We may cancel or limit orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, supply constraints, unsupported destinations, legal restrictions, or safety concerns.

Kickstarter campaign and store orders

AntBelt Tech operates the AntBelt G1 Kickstarter campaign and this official AntBelt store. Kickstarter pledges and orders placed on antbelt.com are handled on different platforms. A store order is a separate Shopify transaction and is not an automatic transfer or charge of a Kickstarter pledge.

Eligible Kickstarter supporters may be invited through an official project update or message to continue on the AntBelt store. Eligibility and applicable commercial terms must be confirmed before payment. Kickstarter does not process or provide customer support for purchases made on this store, and this store is not operated by Kickstarter.

Shipping and import charges

Shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout where available. Destination taxes, VAT, duties, brokerage, and import requirements are the customer's responsibility unless expressly included.

Responsible laser use

AntBelt G1 is an adult-use laser system. Follow manuals, warnings, material restrictions, ventilation, shielding, eyewear, fire-safety, supervision, and local rules. Never process PVC, vinyl, PTFE, halogen-containing, or unknown materials, and never operate unattended.

Software and third parties

Third-party software, payments, shipping, and platform services are governed by their own terms. LightBurn is third-party software sold separately where offered.
